My story begins in Detroit, Michigan, a place where resilience is not just a word but a way of life. I started my career at the Detroit-Windsor Dance Academy, where I planned and implemented dance programs for students of all levels. It was in those early years that I learned the importance of dedication, discipline, and the power of a well-coordinated plan. I wasn't just organizing dance routines; I was laying the groundwork for a career that would later thrive on these very principles.
A Path Carved Through Hard Work and Vision
In 2017, I took a step into the corporate world as an Office Manager at Lakeside Software. The transition wasn't easy, but I knew that growth often comes from stepping out of your comfort zone. My role demanded precision, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, skills that I would carry with me throughout my career.
As I moved forward, taking on roles with increasing responsibility, I faced my share of challenges. There were times when deadlines loomed large, budgets were tight, and expectations were high. But each challenge was an opportunity to prove to myself and others what I was capable of. Whether it was driving project execution at Experis or leading multi-million-dollar programs at Comerica, I approached each role with a clear vision and a determination to succeed.

By 2023, I found myself in a pivotal role as a Program Manager at Comerica. Here, I was not just managing projects; I was shaping the future of the organization by leading enterprise programs that had a significant impact on our strategic goals. My focus was always on empowering my team, ensuring that everyone had a voice and that every project was aligned with our broader objectives.
