I’m Dominique Hamlett, a program manager, transformative leader, and advocate for creating spaces where everyone can thrive. What I do goes beyond managing projects, I lead with intention, bringing people together to drive results while fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

I’m deeply passionate about leadership because I’ve seen firsthand how it can change lives. I believe that leadership isn’t about telling people what to do; it’s about empowering them to step into their potential and giving them the tools and support they need to succeed. I do this by leading with empathy, promoting open communication, and ensuring that every voice is heard and respected.

How I do this is rooted in my approach to inclusive leadership and effective project management. I’ve learned that success doesn’t come from one person alone, it’s the result of a team working together with a shared vision. My role is to bring out the best in others by creating an environment where they can be their most authentic and capable selves. This is where the magic happens, when people feel valued and supported, they perform at their best, and that’s how we all win.

Why am I so passionate about this? Because I’ve walked this path. I’ve navigated challenges, overcome obstacles, and grown from each experience. I’m committed to leading with purpose, not just to achieve goals, but to create lasting impact. For me, leadership is about lifting others as we rise, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people and projects succeed because of a strong, supportive foundation.
